Direct Integration API

Integrate your platform with Slate's credit decisioning engine across the loan lifecycle. The serviceability request and the application submission use the same LIXI CAL package; the serviceability request is that package without the customer's identifying details. JSON is also accepted for serviceability. Responses are indicative only and never a credit approval.

What's inside

Pre-submission

Check serviceability with the same LIXI CAL package as the submission, minus customer details. Returns max borrowing power, DTI, surplus, and LVR. Indicative only.

Submission

Lodge the full application as a LIXI CAL package in one idempotent call.

Post-submission

Receive lifecycle status as LIXI CAL messages; poll for ingestion state.

Getting started

Obtain credentials

Contact your Slate integration manager for a Client ID and secret scoped to the PreSubmissionPartner credential type.

Authenticate

Exchange your credentials for a short-lived access token via the Frontegg OAuth 2.0 client credentials flow.

Run your first serviceability check

Call POST /api/v1/pre-submission/serviceability with the token. You get an indicative outcome, never a credit approval. From there, lodge the application as LIXI CAL.
